Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At T4B Mobility Canada, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. Please read the conditions below before initiating a return.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind reasons. Warranty claims after 30 days are handled under our 1-Year Parts Warranty.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery:

Please include your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Do not ship items back without a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or was incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Mobility scooters are large freight items. Our team will coordinate a freight pickup where applicable and provide guidance on packaging requirements.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

For issues arising after 7 days but within 1 year of purchase, please refer to our 1-Year Parts Warranty.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different model or colour, please return the original item (subject to return eligibility) and place a new order.
